T2237 Two impression 'Fork'

This is a good example of a job which has been 'Hard Machined'.
Material Description - Inman's HCNC harderned & tempered to 56Rc.

2 Impression Fork - polished

Finished with TiCN coated 'Guhring' 2.0 Dia. solid carbide, 3 fluted cutter. 12,000 RPM, 650mm/min feed rate.

2mm cutter

Polished (straight from machining) up to 400's grade.
